Speaker’s Bio – Director I-Analysis Pte Ltd Mr. Cerasi has over 12 years experience in IT systems, security, planning and implementation.  Over the last 7 years, he has focused on Digital Forensics, eDiscovery and Information Management.

As Director of I-Analysis, Mr. Cerasi has acted for clients across the APAC region on a variety of matters such as enforcement of intellectual property rights, theft of confidential data, criminal breach of trust and offences under the Computer Misuse Act.  Mr. Cerasi has project managed the collection, preservation and processing of data in eDiscovery matters for a range of local and overseas clients. 

Mr. Cerasi has appeared as an expert witness in the District and High Court of Singapore, is a member of the Singapore Law Society and has been cited and published in numerous periodicals.

In 2009, Mr. Cerasi spoke at the LexisNexis Digital Forensics and eDiscovery conference and also conducted the inaugural eDiscovery workshops for the Singapore Academy of Law.
