SCCA Diversity: Lawyers for Art

We know counsel are innovative in finding legal solutions for their clients but rarely get an opportunity to express themselves beyond words!

To commemorate Racial Harmony Day and National Day in Singapore, Singapore Corporate Counsel Association's Diversity and Inclusion Committee is pleased to announce an inaugural Lawyers For Arts initiative.

We invite Singapore-based lawyers (whether in-house, in practice or in law schools), including law students, to create an artwork depicting racial harmony or diversity and inclusion either:

a. individually; or

b. in a group with their colleagues, where at least one person in the group should be a lawyer or law student.

Find out more about Racial Harmony Day here:

To participate, send us a photo of your creation in JPEG format, together with its description of no more than 100 words, by 31 August 2017 through e-mail:

We will be inviting creators of shortlisted artworks to exhibit their artworks at an upcoming SCCA event and/or auction them in aid of a charity or institution of public character that is involved in encouraging diversity and inclusion in Singapore. Any decision on such selection of artworks by SCCA is at its sole and absolute discretion.

We look forward to you supporting Lawyers for Arts.
