This half-day course, provided by the Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy, will introduce a theoretical framework designed to address the core issues that you experience as a negotiator on behalf of your organisation. Whether you are the general counsel, litigator, legal team manager, or transactional lawyer, this workshop will help prepare you to manage shared, different, and conflicting interests and confidently navigate negotiation.
