Singapore's Cyber Security Agency (CSA) released a draft Cybersecurity Bill on 10 July 2017, inviting the public to provide feedback on the proposed legislation as part of a public consultation exercise that will run until 3 August 2017.
SCCA is working with Allen & Gledhill to get its members updated about the proposed legislation and, to the extent proposed by SCCA's members, prepare a response to the consultation paper.
In its current form, the proposed legislation will impact owners of critical information infrastructure in 11 industry sectors: (1) Aviation, (2) Banking & Finance, (3) Energy, (4) Government, (5) Healthcare, (6) Infocomm, (7) Land Transport, (8) Maritime, (9) Media, (10), Security and Emergency Services, (11) Water.
Come find out how the proposed legislation will affect your organisations and be ready to give feedback about it.
