EVENT OVERVIEW:

Women have far and beyond spoken enough about equality and diversity but still, lots need to change. Some still believe “men” are the trouble!

It’s time we hear what the other party is truly dispersing in terms of changes and gets everyone thoroughly involve. To put matters to practice and test, a group of level-headed, purposely or with a purpose, a men-only panel has been hand-picked by some of our leading ladies in the industry. Our speakers are dedicated and passionate about diversity and are bringing about real transformations to what really matters.

CONVERSATION TOPICS:

We will explore men's experiences with work, family and masculinity to explore the impact of organizational and cultural expectations on their behaviour both at work and outside of work.

  • What motivates men to champion gender diversity?

  • How do you see yourself and your roles impacted by the rising eminence of women in the workplace?

  • What are the challenges you see to women rising to the top of the corporate ladder?

  • In your opinion, can a woman balance work and family?

  • What advice would you give the women amongst you?

Join us the as the hand-picked panel brings personal experiences, along with success stories of what organizations around the globe are advocating on diversity at work and on c-suites, and will present only the truth and answering the needs of our audiences.
