Delphine Supanya Berger is a Facilitator and Mental Health Consultant who started as Corporate Lawyer at Magic Circle and Big Law firms. At 29, she survived a stroke which left her paralysed. She recovered through a shift in mindset and habits that promoted self-care and resilience. Within 6 months she overcame her paralysis. Using her corporate background, Delphine founded Well to Work and developed solutions to address the 21st century’s physical, emotional and mental health challenges. Well to Work works with law firms, legal departments and MNCs to provide long term programs, events, talks, company retreats and coaching to burnt-out leaders and employees.
