Organised jointly by the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association and the Singapore Press Club for corporate counsel and media professionals, this event is a primer on some of the key things you need to know about Singapore’s proposed online falsehoods legislation. Who needs protection from online falsehoods? Why do they need to be protected? How will they be protected? What are some grey areas that both legal or media professionals should be concerned about?
Hosted at the offices of the mothership of online media, Facebook, this will be your opportunity to engage a Senior Counsel and other participants on some of these questions that may be leaving you sleepless!
Food and beverages at the event will be kindly sponsored by FTI Consulting.
*THIS EVENT IS HELD UNDER CHATHAM HOUSE RULE.
