Arkrapol Pichedvanichok is a Senior Partner specializing in Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets Practices. His experience includes joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment in Thailand, securities and exchange law, public company law, domestic and international equity capital markets transactions. He has been involved in a number of strategic acquisitions and public takeovers in Thailand. He had also taken a leading role in advising underwriters on the successful listing of many companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Arkrapol received his LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University in 1989; LL.M. from Boston University School of Law in 1991; and LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1992.
Chatchai Inthasuwan is a Senior Partner at Chandler MHM Limited (CMHM). Prior to joining CMHM, he had extensive experience working with leading law firms in Bangkok. Chatchai has been in legal practice for nearly 30 years. He has extensive experience in providing advice on all kinds of corporate and commercial, international arbitration, bankruptcy and business rehabilitation, banking and finance, insurance, telecommunications, construction and labour law matters. His experience also includes focuses in dispute resolution in connection with commercial, construction, shareholding, labour, IT, IP and telecommunications. His litigation experience includes civil, criminal and administrative. He has acted for major Thai and international companies, as well as Thai state enterprises, including a Thai telecom state-enterprise.
Chatchai has led and handled numerous multinational and local clients across various industries and jurisdictions. He has been recognized in Legal 500, Chamber and Partners, and Client Choice of Lexology which awarded him the "Client Choice Winner" of Thailand for Litigation in the year 2014.
He received his LL.B. in 1985, and LL.M. in 2003, from Ramkhamhaeng University.

Jutharat Anuktanakul is a partner at Chandler MHM Limited (CMHM), and has been with the firm since 1999. She has extensive corporate/investment experience in a wide variety of sectors, including energy, telecommunications, electronics, and software. As a specialist in corporate law, she has also represented numerous clients on M&A, share or asset acquisitions, partial and complete business transfer transactions.
She received her LL.B. in 1996 and LL.M. in 1998 from Thammasat University; and International LL.M. from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2013.
V. Joseph Tisuthiwongse
Joseph Tisuthiwongse is a Partner at Chandler MHM Limited. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, he was a partner in the Bangkok office of a respected, international law firm, and also has extensive banking and project experience in the US and the UK. He specializes in project finance, acquisition finance, general banking and M&A, with a focus on the renewable energy sector, in Thailand and across Southeast Asia. Many of the energy projects he has advised on have been awarded best in class, “Deal of the Year” recognition by international legal commentators. He acts for a variety of clients domestically and internationally, including sponsors, lenders and borrowers.
He is recognized as a Market-Leading Lawyer in Banking & Finance, Projects and Infrastructure from AsiaLaw 2019.
Joseph received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1997; and J.D. from School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, in 2000.
He is a member of the American Bar Association and California Bar Association.
