Our guest speaker for the evening will be Australian fitness coach, Luke Newton from ONE PT Singapore (Previously an experienced trainer with Ultimate Performance Singapore). Luke was a former civil engineer turned fitness coach (certified by the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers) who will be sharing health and fitness tips for the busy working professional, an introduction to basic nutrition and how to manage stress levels to improve your body, health and quality of life. Luke will be sharing testimonials of clients he has worked with who have struggled with finding ‘work-life’ balance and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
