As the Executive Director of the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association (SCCA), Bryan works closely with the Executive Board in developing and implementing strategies to grow SCCA’s capabilities, partnerships, and profile. Bryan is also responsible for the association’s overall management and operations.

Bryan is a visionary leader with a proven track record of spearheading transformative initiatives across a spectrum of industries such as information technology, construction, education, manufacturing, and supply chain with a career that spans over 30 years in commercial, not-for-profit, and government organisations. With an innate ability to identify opportunities and forge impactful partnerships, he has consistently pushed boundaries to drive innovation and growth.

In 2023, Bryan orchestrated the groundbreaking Asia Pacific (APAC) Legal Congress, a distinguished 2-day legal flagship conference for the SCCA. This monumental event drew nearly 900 registered delegates from 19 countries and represented over 80 vertical industries. Bryan's meticulous organisation brought together legal minds and thought leaders to exchange insights and shape the legal landscape of the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joining SCCA, in a pivotal move, Bryan secured a game-changing 10-year partnership deal with Sphere Exhibits Pte Ltd, now known as Constaller Holdings, to co-organise CARGONOW. This exhibition and conference-themed event addressed the logistics and supply chain industry's critical issues, offering a platform for innovation and collaboration. Displaying his commitment to industry recognition, Bryan introduced the inaugural LogiSYM Supply Chain Top 20 Awards. This prestigious accolade celebrates individuals who have played a crucial role in Supply Chain Leadership, Digital Transformation, Environmental Sustainability, and Promising Start-ups. Bryan's dedication to honoring industry contributors highlighted his deep understanding of the supply chain ecosystem.

Bryan's strategic prowess came to the forefront when he secured S$ 0.28 million in proof-of-concept development funds. This achievement, awarded jointly by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), showcased his ability to harness government support to fuel innovation. Bryan's leadership also manifested in the successful launch of the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) Academy during the 2^nd Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW 2017). This achievement underscored his commitment to enhancing cybersecurity capabilities and fostering national resilience.

An adept negotiator, Bryan secured S$ 1.66 million in government funding for the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation, now known as SGTech. This funding injection catalyzed the organisation's capabilities and reinforced Bryan's reputation as a visionary industry influencer.

As an experienced co-founder and entrepreneur in his earlier years, Bryan's strategic vision and sales acumen positioned the company for exponential growth, culminating in a S$ 1 million capital fund injection upon acquisition by a publicly listed company. This swift transformation into a subsidiary of a listed company underscored his adeptness at nurturing businesses into lucrative ventures.
