Bryan Yeo
Chief Executive Officer

Bryan Yeo is the Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association (SCCA), where he works closely with the Board of Directors to lead the Association’s strategic direction, organisational development and regional engagement. He oversees SCCA’s management and operations, with a focus on strengthening its institutional capabilities, expanding strategic partnerships and advancing the interests of the in-house legal profession in Singapore and across Asia-Pacific.

With more than 30 years of professional experience spanning the private sector, government agencies, industry associations and entrepreneurial ventures, Bryan brings a strong commercial and operational perspective to association leadership. His career has encompassed information technology, cybersecurity, construction, education, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain management, with extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, organisational transformation and industry capability-building.

Since joining SCCA in 2022, Bryan has played a central role in the Association’s growth and development, broadening its programmes, strengthening its regional presence and creating new opportunities for engagement across the in-house legal community. A significant milestone was the establishment of the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Legal Congress in 2023, which has since grown into a major regional platform bringing together in-house counsel, legal leaders, regulators, business professionals and industry partners. From 636 delegates in its inaugural year, the Congress has expanded considerably, with its 2026 edition attracting more than 2,500 registrants from 30 countries, featuring over 180 speakers and more than 50 conference sessions.

Under his executive leadership, SCCA has continued to develop its regional relationships and strengthen collaboration with corporate counsel associations, professional bodies and strategic partners across Asia-Pacific. These efforts have supported professional exchanges, joint initiatives and opportunities for cross-border cooperation. Among these developments is SCCA’s Regional Connect Programme, introduced to bring professional knowledge-sharing and networking directly to legal and related professional communities in different jurisdictions. The programme held its inaugural overseas event in Tokyo in September 2026, marking another step in SCCA’s efforts to establish a more sustained regional presence.

Bryan has also been closely involved in strengthening SCCA’s professional development capabilities and expanding its role in supporting the evolving needs of in-house counsel. This includes the development of professional standards and accreditation pathways, the expansion of SCCA Academy’s educational offerings and the advancement of initiatives relating to legal technology, artificial intelligence and professional capability development. In 2026, SCCA partnered with the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) to introduce AIxLegal by SCCA, an initiative aimed at equipping in-house legal and allied professionals with practical capabilities in the effective and responsible use of artificial intelligence.

Alongside these initiatives, Bryan has focused on strengthening SCCA’s organisational foundations to support its continued growth. His responsibilities encompass institutional planning, operational development, membership engagement, financial sustainability and the cultivation of long-term partnerships with government agencies, professional associations and industry stakeholders. These efforts are directed towards building SCCA’s capacity to undertake larger programmes, introduce new services and respond to the changing expectations of the in-house legal profession.

Prior to joining SCCA, Bryan held senior management and leadership positions across several industries, where he developed and implemented industry programmes, secured strategic partnerships and facilitated government-supported capability development initiatives. His contributions included securing S$1.66 million in government funding for the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (now SGTech), facilitating S$280,000 in proof-of-concept development funding supported by IMDA and the Ministry of Home Affairs, and contributing to the successful launch of the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore Academy during Singapore International Cyber Week in 2017.

In the logistics and supply chain sector, Bryan secured a 10-year partnership with Sphere Exhibits to co-organise CARGONOW, an industry exhibition and conference platform, and introduced the LogiSYM Supply Chain Top 20 Awards to recognise leadership, innovation and contributions to the sector. Earlier in his career, he co-founded and led several businesses, including a venture that subsequently attracted a S$1 million capital investment following its acquisition by a publicly listed company.

Throughout his career, Bryan has worked at the intersection of industry development, business strategy and institutional partnerships, bringing together stakeholders from government, business and professional communities to pursue shared objectives. He continues to draw on this experience in leading SCCA’s development, with a focus on strengthening the Association’s long-term sustainability, expanding its regional influence and ensuring that its programmes and initiatives deliver meaningful value to the in-house legal profession.
