You will be working in a dynamic environment at the heart of Government, alongside policy-makers of all levels in Ministries and statutory boards, and will be expected to offer creative legal solutions to give effect to policies. You will play an integral role in nation-building and upholding the rule of law.
You will be given training in legislative drafting, including courses overseas. As a Legal Service Officer, you will also have competitive career development opportunities within the Singapore Legal Service framework.
Law drafting is a craft that is intellectually challenging, fascinating and professionally satisfying. You will be among Singapore’s most influential writers and your writing will leave a legacy.
