[By Geeta Thakerar, SCCA Wellbeing Chapter co convenor]

  • Can a better understanding of your feelings and emotions assist in addressing some of the key issues affecting stress and anxiety in the workplace and home?
  • Why is it important to use feelings as a guidepost to learn from as well as and express them effectively? A better grasp of this may improve your health, motivation, decision making, management/participation in teams, communication, culture, and your leadership.
  • How to manage emotions in the workplace without letting them run wild. How we can reframe it may  build a better workplace overall and assist in your personal betterment to both improve management of your health and your overall engagement and leadership, respectively.
